Kalyon İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of our Holding Group Companies. We are looking for a Design Office Architect (BIM Specialist) to be assigned to the construction site design office of our Aircraft Maintenance Hangar project, of which we are the contractor in the Istanbul Airport Region.

General Qualifications and Job Description

• Graduated from the Architecture departments of universities,
• Have at least 5 years of experience in BIM,
• Having experience in project management and interdisciplinary coordination with the BIM process,
• Experienced the use of BIM during construction,
• Ensuring inter-departmental coordination,
• Producing 2D drawings from BIM Models, creating bill of quantities,
• Actively using Revit, Navisworks and Autocad programs,
• Systematic, able to work in coordination with the design team,
• Having planning and implementation knowledge and being able to produce details and solutions,
• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• For male candidates, they have completed their military service,
